Maura Tierney
Maura, originally from the New York City area, attended the University of Southern California where she received her BA in communications. Prior to her real estate career, Maura was a corporate advertising executive in Los Angeles and in San Francisco, managing multi-million dollar campaigns for companies like Apple, Microsoft, and E*Trade. She provides strategic leadership for our team, and manages pricing and marketing strategies and contract negotiations for our clients. Maura ranks perennially among the top 10 Realtors in the Sacramento Region, and has been the top-ranked agent for El Dorado Hills residential sales since 2019.
David Tierney
David is a native of Northern California and received his BA from UC Berkeley and Master’s degree from the University of Southern California. Prior to partnering with Maura in real estate, David was the founder and managing principal of a regional consulting firm specializing in corporate tax credits and incentives. David leads all activities related to the management and growth of our business, seeking opportunities to brand our team and grow revenue through strategic partnerships and marketing opportunities. A licensed Realtor, David is our market data expert, and supports all aspects of our client service activities.
